Important Notice

TCN Holding uses and deploys artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of its service offerings. This disclosure explains how those tools work, what they can and cannot do, and what customers should understand before purchasing or using AI-powered features.

1. AI Website Chatbot

TCN Holding configures and deploys AI-powered chatbots on client websites. These chatbots are designed to answer common customer questions, provide menu or service information, and route inquiries to human staff when appropriate.

— The chatbot is powered by a third-party AI language model and may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses.
— Responses are generated automatically and do not represent the official position of TCN Holding or the client business unless explicitly reviewed and approved.
— The chatbot should not be used as the sole source of information for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
— TCN Holding is not liable for actions taken based on chatbot responses.

2. AI Phone System

TCN Holding configures AI-powered phone systems for inbound call handling. These systems use voice AI to greet callers, answer common questions, and route calls to the appropriate department or staff member.

— AI phone systems are configured for inbound calls only. TCN Holding does not configure or support outbound mass calling, robocalling, or unsolicited contact.
— Callers interacting with an AI phone system may be interacting with an automated voice assistant, not a human representative.
— Call recordings or transcripts may be generated as part of system operation. Clients are responsible for disclosing this to callers in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
— TCN Holding is not responsible for regulatory compliance related to call recording disclosure in the client's jurisdiction.

3. AI-Generated Content

Some content produced as part of TCN Holding service packages may be drafted or assisted by AI writing tools. This includes but is not limited to website copy, recipe descriptions, and SEO metadata.

— All AI-assisted content is reviewed by a human team member before delivery.
— Clients are responsible for reviewing all delivered content for accuracy before publishing.
— TCN Holding does not warrant that AI-assisted content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

4. Limitations of AI

AI tools have known limitations including hallucination (generating plausible but incorrect information), bias, and inconsistency. TCN Holding uses AI as a productivity and capability tool, not as a replacement for human judgment. All AI-powered deliverables are subject to human review before client delivery.
